Detection Speed

The   detection time is 35 to 45 minutes, and the nucleic acid lysis and PCR   detection are completed at one time.

Generally,   the two-step experimental method of "nucleic acid purification and   extraction + PCR" is used, which is complicated to operate and takes a   long time.

Daily Detection Volume

One instrument can detect 16   samples at a time, and it can detect 288 samples in 12 hours a day. This is a   "high efficiency and cost effective" solution for small to medium   sized testing sites.

In small and   medium-sized testing sites, if a 96-well instrument is used, it generally   takes time to wait for the accumulation of samples, or a certain amount of   capacity is wasted due to insufficient testing volume each time.

Operation Mode

Using one-step amplification   technology, only one operation of reagent pipetting and sample liquid   insertion is required, and the rest is automatically performed by the   instrument, which reduces the technical requirements for testing personnel   and reduces the risk of cross-infection.

For   the method of "nucleic acid purification and extraction + PCR", the   operation is complicated, and the multiple pipetting operations are prone to   contamination, requiring PCR laboratories in 3 separate rooms.

Reliability
